GuideMyStartup provides startup funding-related information, consultancy and facilitation services.

GuideMyStartup is a consultancy and facilitation service provider. We do not represent any government department, ministry, funding agency or financial institution unless specifically stated in writing.

GuideMyStartup does not guarantee grant approval, funding approval, selection by any government or private funding program, investment from any investor, acceptance into any accelerator or incubator, a specific funding amount, or a specific timeline for receiving funding.

All funding decisions are made independently by the relevant government authority, institution, investor, program administrator or funding body. Our role is to provide information, strategic guidance, documentation support and application assistance.

You must provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of our services.

GuideMyStartup is not responsible for rejection, delay or non-selection resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

• Information submitted by you is accurate
• Documents provided are genuine and valid
• Your startup meets applicable program eligibility requirements
• You comply with the rules and requirements of the relevant funding program
• Information submitted to any third party is truthful

The exact services provided will depend on the package, proposal, quotation, invoice or engagement agreed with the client.

Additional services outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

Any government fees, statutory fees, third-party charges, application fees or other external costs will be borne by the client unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Clients agree to provide requested information, documents and approvals within reasonable timelines.

Delays caused by missing documents, delayed responses or incomplete information may affect the delivery timeline.

GuideMyStartup may pause work where required information or approvals have not been provided.

Fees for services will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or payment page.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments must be made through authorized payment channels.
• Services may commence after confirmation of payment.
• Taxes, where applicable, will be charged in accordance with applicable law.
• Third-party or government charges are separate unless expressly included in the service fee.

All original content, website materials, templates, designs, frameworks, written materials and other intellectual property developed or owned by GuideMyStartup remain the property of GuideMyStartup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-specific documents prepared using information provided by the client may be used by the client for its intended business and funding purposes.

Clients may not reproduce, resell or commercially distribute GuideMyStartup's proprietary templates, frameworks or materials without written permission.

GuideMyStartup will take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information shared by clients for the purpose of delivering services.

Clients should not provide passwords, authentication credentials, banking PINs, OTPs or other highly sensitive credentials to GuideMyStartup.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is publicly available
• Was already lawfully known
• Is independently developed
• Is required to be disclosed by law or a competent authority

GuideMyStartup may provide links or information relating to government portals, funding programs, incubators, accelerators, investors or other third-party organizations.

GuideMyStartup does not control third-party websites or their decisions, availability, policies or content.

Clients should independently review the latest eligibility criteria, deadlines and terms of any third-party program before applying.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and useful. However, funding programs, eligibility criteria, deadlines, funding amounts and government policies may change.

Website information should therefore not be treated as a guarantee that a particular funding opportunity will remain available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GuideMyStartup will not be responsible for losses arising from rejection of a funding application, changes to funding programs or government policies, decisions made by funding authorities, delays caused by third parties, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, technical issues beyond our reasonable control, or loss of business opportunity or expected funding.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

GuideMyStartup may suspend or terminate services where:

• The client provides fraudulent or misleading information
• The client breaches these Terms
• Required information is repeatedly not provided
• The service cannot reasonably be continued
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Any refund arising from termination will be governed by our Refund Policy.

GuideMyStartup may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over GuideMyStartup's registered or business location, subject to applicable law.
